NEET PG Supreme Court Case : Latest Update

Even when it's very difficult!

The never-ending MCI vs Others case was listed yesterday in the causelist as Item No. 9

Since the last three dates, our case has not even been taken up for hearing.

It is very frustrating but beyond a point we can only depend on hope.

Cases go on for years and years.At least in our case we're getting frequent hearing(except the last three days).

I would suggest all readers to keep their cool and hope for the best.

Today it iwas listed as ITEM No. 9 in the final causelist of Hon'ble Chief Justice's Court

The bench was to sit only upto 1 pm

Our case has not been taken up yet again.

Yesterday the NEET PG Case was not taken up due to the hearing of the supplemental cause list

Today, it is listed as Item No. 12 in the Chief Justice's Court.

Still, if today they don't start with the supplemental list there are chances that it will be taken up as 6-7 cases are fresh matters.They will end very soon.

The bench will most probably sit till 4 pm so let's keep our fingers crossed.

Hearing will most probably be upto 4 pm

NEET Case has been listed as Item No. 4 in Court No. 1

The lawyer representing linguistic minority colleges and somes other colleges of Karnataka(Mr. KKV) will continue with his arguments today as well.

It is only after that that the MCI lawyers will get a chance (hopefully).

However,the Bench will sit upto 2:55 pm only.So, chances are slim.A lot depends on how long the other 3 cases take!

When will this be over?

 First of all sorry for the erratic updates yesterday.It was due to the lack of a proper net connection.

»Anyway highlights from yesterday's hearing

»The lawyer representing Pondicherry completed presenting his arguments.

»This was followed by Mr. KK Venugopal(on behalf of linguistic minority and some colleges in Karnataka).At the end of the hearing, Mr. Venugopal was still presenting his arguments and will continue to do so today.Don't know when he will finish.

»It is very likely that the MCI lawyers will then come to defend the case.But whether they will get a chance today or not is doubtful!

»Today the NEET case has been listed as Item No. 5 in the final cause list of the supreme court in the court of the Hon'ble Chief Justice

»The Bench will sit upto 2:55 pm only so don't keep your hopes too high.
