According to the final Causelist, the MCI vs Others case is listed as Item No. 1 in the Chief Justice's Court.The last hearing was on 26.02.2013.wherein Mr. Rajeev Dhawan had continued with his arguments.
He is going to continue doing the same today.After he finishes the MCI lawyers would defend their case.
The bench is likely to sit till 4 pm today as it is not specified otherwise.
